If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the order date. This applies to both subscription payments and one-time scan pack purchases.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who is the Merchant of Record for all orders. To request a refund:

  1. Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email used at checkout.
  2. Or reply to your Paddle order confirmation email and request a refund.
  3. You may also contact us through the support channel on the site and we will forward the request to Paddle.

Cancellations

You can cancel a subscription at any time. After cancellation you keep access until the end of the current billing period; no further charges are made.
